This Privacy Policy explains how RelocateMe.io (“we”, “us” or “our”), operated by ByVeya Labs (also known as Kunda House Limited), collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our platform. By using RelocateMe.io, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
When you use RelocateMe.io, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, nationality, household details, income bracket and relocation preferences when completing an assessment. We also collect technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, to improve our service and ensure security.
How We Use It
We use your personal information to provide personalised destination recommendations, generate relocation plans and improve the accuracy of our scoring engine. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data for research and product development. We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to the service without your explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, including hosting, analytics, advertising, campaign measurement and payment processing, subject to their contractual and legal obligations. On the free tier of the native app, Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from technical signals, and ad interaction, performance and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, subject to the consent and privacy choices shown in the app. We do not send Google relocation assessment answers, income, citizenship, household or visa information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond to all legitimate requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
Our public pages may load technology from Travelpayouts for affiliate attribution. We use PostHog for optional product analytics, Sentry for service reliability and error diagnosis, Meta and Google for optional advertising campaign measurement, and Google AdMob to serve ads on the free tier of the native app. In the native app, Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events default to off and follow the Product analytics and Advertising measurement choices in Settings; iOS advertiser tracking also requires Apple's permission. We do not include relocation answers, income, citizenship, household or visa details in campaign events. Consent is collected before optional measurement is enabled, and paid tiers are ad-free. Flight price estimates are requested from our own servers, so your search details are not passed to the flight-data partner from your browser.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time at https://relocateme.io/account/delete or by contacting privacy@relocateme.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process verified requests and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except for any information we are required to retain by law, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations.
